The
Ground Training Center of
Turkish Airlines supply
training for its'
ground staff in Commercial,
Cargo and Handling as well as its Technical Team in
the hangar. It also designs special courses for Managers,
Quality teams and
Computer Based Training.
The Computer Aided
Training's objective is to teach the use of
computer programs at different levels and develop and
maintain existing hardware and software systems within the
Training Centre.
There are a variety of over
115 different courses within the Training Center.
Not only does our
training cover Turkish Airlines staff, but also TK' s
travel agencies, other
airlines' staff and universities
giving courses on
Aviation related subjects.
The Ground Training
Centre's facilities can accommodate
the needs of 500
attendees at the same time,
with 21 classrooms
and a conference room with 120 seats. 10358 people from
different groups trained
on its own
premises in the year 2000.
A Company wide
questionnaire
helps
to design the training
program according to the needs of the
departments, on a yearly
basis. If there is a
requirement for a specific course, then the
specialist Instructors in the particular
subject will prepare
a course to suit these needs.

The
Ground Training Center at Turkish Airlines provides
